Remember boots because even if its raining boys like to be IN water.
Be sure to take advantage of breaks in the weather to go on family hikes.
A playground near by is always a nice way to spend part of the day.
Having enough food is always important, but if you have run out or raccoons ran off with it you can always eat a rock. 
Watch out for the creatures, I mean kids, in the woods.
Remember to have fun,
play,
and discover
because these are the times that bring us together as a family.
Oh yeah, also relax and smile!
P.S. this camping trip was cancelled part way through due to rain and a sick daddy:(
